All android phones are getting great speeds and connectivity while iPhones keep disconnecting and have only a percentage of the overall speed. Why is this

How did you measure WiFi speed? Probably you are referring to the internet speed.
Connecting to Wi-Fi is the initial step, followed by establishing an internet connection.
