Cancelling active subscription

Please I need help with an issue. I found in my purchase order history that I have an active subscription but on the cancel subscription, it tells me no active subscription so I am

unable to cancel. How can I cancel a subscription like this ? It is not active on the subscription but it is in purchase order history and it is stalling me from adding a new card.

kindly assist

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the above link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
