What happen to my cellular setting?Please help

Hello, Can you tell me what happened to my cellular setting? And how can i fix it ? I cannot do anything when first one is my physical sim and i press and go to setting is only show cellular plan label only as shown in picture 2 and other 2 are esim cannot do anything please help
