I have a requested an app refund I signed up for the 7 day trial, and canceled the first 2 days. It cancled my for the next year and charged me the full price. I cancelled in the trial period and I have been denied an refund. I have not used this app.
This is a user to user forum. We cannot override Apple's decisions. Apple is not obligated to grant refunds. It is done at there discretion.
If you believe you should be awarded the refund, the you will need to contact Apple support directly and work it out with them.
