Disable camera and flashlight on lock screen only.

Is there really no way to disable or remove the camera and flashlight options/buttons from the lock screen?? Do people at apple not use their own products?!

I just want to disable those from the lock screen. I do not want to limit them with some half baked screen time workaround that disables the camera app completely.
