Keyboard issues
Hi all. Have a fairly new wireless keyboard for my Mac. recently if I type @ I get " and vice versa. It stopped for a while and then started doing it again. Any ideas????

When that happens, you have the wrong input source/keyboard layout active.
If you want @ on shift 2, you need to have British or US set. if you want " on Shift 2, you probably want British PC set.
You do this in system settings > keyboard > text input > edit > input sources
In older systems, it is system settings > keyboard > input sources
Remove anything on the list you do not want to use, so you just have one.

Please post a screen shot of what you have on your Input Source list.
Having something set wrong there is pretty much the only way to get " in place of @

what region of the world?
what language, specifically -- UK English is different from US English, and uses a different keyboard AND a different keyboard translation.
