Booting stuck on black screen spinning wheel

I successfully used Bootcamp to create a partition on my laptop hard drive and installed Windows, but when I try to boot up from that new Windows partition my computer gets stuck on the black login screen with spinning wheel. I reset PRAM but don’t know what else to try.

Macbook stuck on Boot selection This morning my MacBook was stuck on startup manager. If i select Bootcamp (windows) it loads up normally, but if i select Macintosh HD then my MacBook won't start and it just gets into a loop where it keeps asking for my password to unlock the encrypted disk.
