I used to use iTalk for audio recordings. I have many on that app, but I cannot now access it. All I want to do now is download the recordings as audio files, but I cannot even get iTalk on my phone any more.
what do I do?

If the recordings are still on your phone, there may be ways to pull them off. See this thread, where one person recommended a third-party commercial application (iMazing), and another person posted a copy of a lengthy message that they got from Griffin (the app developer).

IMazing is an application for Macs and Windows PCs, not an app for iPhones. You run it on a computer to manage an attached phone.
It's generally not a question of Apple no longer supporting the app. It's the app developer who has stopped supporting and updating it. If you can find out who the developer is, perhaps they will have some suggestions. If they are out of business, just try doing a web search with something like "iTalk iPhone export recordings". Someone may have come up with something.
But, don't hold your breath. The time to get the data out is when the app still works. Sadly, a lot of these sorts of apps don't have decent export functions.

I should have done this a long time ago, but now I seem to have no way of accessing them.
