Help with gaining access to cloud

Unable to download and getting an error that both the Apple ID has been ITunes has been disabled. Unable to access apps nor download any space for device.

If your having issues with a disabled account, you'll need to contact Apple Support for help. Call 1-800-MY-APPLE (US only) or see If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
