Canon Pixma G3270 Double sided printing Mac?

Hello everyone!

I have been trying for ages to get my canon Pixma G3270 to print double sided or duplex. The printer is capable of it but for some reason when I try to select the option in layout there is no two sided print option.

If anyone can steer me In the right direction I would be grateful

I have tried redownloading the drivers and even tried installing parallels to see if it would work on windows, and I couldn't even begin to download the drivers with the free version so that was unhelpful.

" The Canon G3260 appears to be a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology.

About AirPrint - Apple Support

An AirPrint model is compatible with macOS (12 Monterey), and can be used without additional drivers, provided that the printer and the Mac computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).

However, since the AirPrint function is determined by the printer's firmware interacting with the Mac operating system, it cannot be ruled out that some features are different from those in drivers on a Windows computer. You may have to contact Canon for information about this.

Drivers from a printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality, but I cannot find a separate printer driver for macOS 12 Monterey via the Canon support page.

Have you tried printing via AirPrint from an iPhone and an iPad? Any other options there?
