My phone started saying SOS only and SIM failure and No SIM detected repeatedly and more frequent every time

About a week ago my phone said No SIM Detected and then it started happening more frequently, and then it said SIM Failure. I have taken my sim out, put it back in, blown in the sim tray slot, and even switched my phone to eSIM. I am now on eSIM and my phone shows SOS only. My family, who is on the same line and plan as me, have cell service. I have unlimited data, and I don't know if there is a way to fix this or if my phone is broken.
