Unable to play music in Music App (other country music store)

By using the Music App on Mac, the app will not play any music, since apparently it looks for the Colombian store. I'm in Germany and not in Colombia and in account settings, the correct country is selected. Please see screenshot:

Try signing out of the store in the Music app, then sign in again. Alternatively search for something in the German iTunes Store on the web and use the link to open the item in the Music app, which may switch you back to the German store. I'm assuming this is how you got accidentally linked to the Colombian one.
