Below is a crash report I am getting on our Mac Mini (2018 Macmini8,1 6-Core Intel Core i5) Running macOS 12.5 (21G72)
Can I get some insight of what is causing the crash? Any/All help would be appreciated.

Uninstall TrendMicro by following the developer's instructions. Anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac. These types of apps usually cause more problems than they solve since they interfere with the normal operation of macOS. macOS already has great built-in security especially when the user also practices safe computing habits as outlined in this excellent article written by a respected forum contributor:
