UPI payment issue for apple tv subscription

i paid for apple tv + subscription for 1 year INR 956/- through UPI payment the bank deducted /debited the amount but i did not get a receipt from Apple nor the amount is reflecting in my apple account/subscriptions. where did the money vanish ? I see that many have such problems with UPI payment previously. can anybody shed some light on this. anybody from apple support for billing and subscriptions? netflix works flawlessly for UPI payment i dont know what the issue is with apple always some issue with billing and subscription. can anyone sort this out

Apple subscriptions are paid through the primary payment method that is linked to your Apple ID account.

Annual subscriptions are initiated from changing the subscription options from the default (often monthly). I couldn’t find confirmation that annual is available for Apple TV+ in India, though. Options may differ by country. How to switch to a different subscription plan - Apple Support. If you payment process was different, then it may not have been the true official method.


Payments for digital Apple products and services can be found in the purchase history for the linked Apple ID account. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support


Active subscriptions, their fees, their fee charging periods, and due date can be reviewed in the subscriptions overview. See your subscriptions overview - Apple


If you added funds to your Apple ID account, then nothing was purchased yet.

Add money to your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support

This “store credit” middle step wouldn’t be necessary for UPI payment method though, as far as I can tell.

Your reply is not helping me. what i said was i have paid for apple tv + annual subscription though apple tv+ website for INR 956 /- though UPI mode of payment. it deducted from my bank account but is not reflecting in my subscriptions nor did i get a receipt for the same to my email account registered with apple and i am not able to access content on apple tv+

and apple support is lousy they only have phone support/ chat never works and no email
