Problem with LaCie

I have a LaCie 2TB hard drive to back up my Mac. I just updates the OS and now I am being prompted to enter a password to unlock it. I did not set it up with a password. Any solutions to getting it working?

For some reason this sometimes happens. You will now need to reset your computer's password with a new, different password. you can use the link below to do so.

Sorry, I am a little confused as to why I need to change my login password. I have no problem logging in. It is just since Id did the OS update I am prompted to enter a password for the Lake drive. I set it up without any password and it worked fine until I did thee update.

Try using your normal User Login Password.

I did try that but I get the shake when I tried. There is no LaCie password in my keychain.
