quick actions not working

Every time I try to go and use one of the quick actions the message "There was a problem running the action" appears. I have tried to use all of the quick actions and this shows up for all of them. I have already tried to restart my MaBook Pro and the issue persists. Could someone please help because I need some of the quick actions for college.

Mission Control and F3 not working I have tried all methods of bringing up the Mission Control. F3, ctrl + up, swipe up with 3 fingers, swipe up with 4 fingers and opening the app itself from the Applications folder. Nothing seems to be working, this is also a recent problem. Before it stopped functioning, I had probably used the Mission Control around 4-5 minutes prior. In addition to this, my F3 isn't working for any shortcut. Other than the F3 and ctrl + up not working, this problem has occurred before (a couple weeks ago). I didn't feel the need to solve it immediately as at that time F3 and ctrl + up were still functioning and later on the problem "magically" solved itself. But now, nothing I do seems is able to bring up the Mission Control.

Combine Images task in Shortcuts app not working as intended I’ve tried to use the Combine Images shortcut and it doesn’t seem to work. The progress marker gets stuck 3/4 of the way around and then does nothing. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the shortcut to no avail. Any ideas out there? [Edited by Moderator]
