how do i delete photos/videos from icloud without deleting them from the photo app? i deleted a couple from icloud and they’re gone from my photos. i have the iphone 14

You don't that is how it works when you sync to icloud what you do to one device reflects on the other device as outlined here Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support
