why does the chase banking site always request to download a browser that you are already using?

my browser is Safari, but every single time I attempt to log on to the chase banking website it pops up this secure message telling me that i need to download a browser, chrome, safari, firefox.... and I am using the safari browser, so scratching my head hear and getting frustrated....what is my next step?

Without enough information, I would guess you're using an older version of macOS, which means it also has an outdated version of Safari. That's what Chase would be complaining about - a version of Safari that's behind on security updates.

If this is true, you'll need to use a different browser that is more up to date. I would recommend Firefox or Brave.
