For the last couple weeks I am unable to send messages in MacOS Messages to non-iPhones. Messages to iPhones send without a problem. I am able to send messages to non-iPhones on iOS devices without any problem. I have rebooted several times and checked settings. I am logged into iCloud. Any suggestions?

I have sent messages to android phones from my MacBook Pro for years. Now those addresses are RED and will not send. Messages addressed to android phones works from my iPhone. On iPhone, TEXT MESSAGE FORWARDING is on for my MacBook.
