Activation locked iPad
I need activation code for *** ,I Bought it from ebbay but seller got it from someone else and not provided activation code and locked by owner ,how can i sort out the issue

Only the owner who locked it can unlock it. See: Activation Lock for iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
