Apple Watch SE 2nd generation and iPhone mirroring

It's my understanding that in the iPhone settings under Accessibility there is an option for Apple Watch Mirroring for my Apple Watch SE 2nd generation (OS 10.2). However, my iPhone 13 (IOS 17.2.1) does not show this option. See photo. I've attempted resets of both devices as well as unpairing and repairing; still cannot find anything about the Apple Watch Mirroring that I should be seeing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
