Using Apple Cash on Websites

Recently I tried ordering an item on a website, labeled as glitchproductions.store, and I clicked the Apple Pay option but it did not seem to work. I entered my shipping, name, etc and then followed the normal procedures then it claimed that it was “done” and afterwards it says declined and the website states “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method.” Even though I have more than enough money worth of Apple Cash to fulfill the payment.
