Bitget App removal

Hello, is there a way to find out if an app that has been taken off the App Store was removed by the company or by Apple? The app in question is Bitget which is a crypto exchange

I am in the United States and the app name is Baurechner. I have checked all of my app purchases to make sure I didn't accidentally download the app and It was not listed in my application list via app store or online. So I searched for the app in the app store and it doesn't even show up as an app. I have no idea where it came from or if its malicious. I want to get rid of it but I don't know how because It is not even in my settings at all. Anyone else have any idea how this may have happened? Do I need to change my apple ID password? unknown app signed into my Apple ID and it won’t let me delete the app is also nowhere to be found.
