Explicit music removed from playlist

Recently I made a playlist with many explicit songs and my Mom put restrictions on my phone not allowing explicit music to be played. Once I asked for her to change the settings back so i can listen to my music again, I noticed all of the songs on my playlist that were removed from my restrictions were still not on my playlist even after removing restrictions. Is this supposed to happen?
