Battery replacement
I have been told that after battery replacement you won’t be able to see the battery health. Is there somehow Apple could reactivate that?

If you let Apple or an authorized service center replace it, you will see the battery health.
If you let a third party repair shop replace it, they won't use a genuine Apple battery and you won't see the health.
No Apple won't touch it after a non-authorized repair shop tampered with it.
