SHARE BUTTON STOPPED WORKING

i do not have what's app as the last "fix" indicated

share button does not work on safari, Google, chrome, if I screen shoot a picture, I cannot share it. When I click the share button, nothing happens the screen has a little dark gray dialogue box where my airdrop, messages/contacts, emails and other options to share used to show up nothing shows up

The "Share" Button The "Share" Button use to be at the top of pages, instead of going to file and having to select send copy. Is this still a possibility to have it at the top for quicker sharing?

11 Pro Max app share-screen doesn't display recently used recipients. Only a menu. When I try and share a photo or other sharable item, I no longer have a row for recently used contacts/recipients. I have the app row and a drop down menu instead. See attached. This just started a week or so ago. Where is this in "settings"? I've looked for hours. How can I resolve this ? Thank You.
