I got an Apple gift card but it seems to be used

Please I wanna check the time of use of the card and the iCloud user

I got an Apple gift card for $50 at Pilot Travel Store and it showed on the receipt that it’s been activated but I sent to a trader on Paxful and he said it’s a used card I wanna know if I have been ripped off by knowing the time of use of the card
