I am suffering from a problem when I am trying to log out of my Apple ID it's not happening because of my settings they are saying that my account is not restricted

Your account is restricted by screen time restrictions. Please go to settings>screen time>restrictions and make sure that the switch at sign out and allow account changes is set to on. You can also try and turn off screen time completely. After that, you can sign out
