iCould storage with ex-husband

I have approximately 30k photos on an iCloud family account, organized by my ex-husband. How can I leave the family sharing ang have my individual iCloud in which I can keep the same files I have in the family iCloud?

iPhone 14, iOS 17

Not entirely sure what you mean by "iCloud Family Account" no such thing exists. Are you saying you are sharing an iCloud account with your ex-husband? Or are you saying you are part of Family Sharing, and just sharing the iCloud storage?but you each have your own iCloud login?

You can leave Family Sharing at any point form the Family Menu on Settings on any of your devices.

If you are just sharing the iCloud Storage, then you will retain all data on your own account.

If you are actually sharing an iCloud account, like the full email and password login, then you will need to log out of it in Settings on your devices and log in with a different one. It should ask if you want to keep all Cloud data locally when you sign out though. Then you would need to sign in with a new iCloud Account.
