Managed Apple IDs in Apple Business Manager

Currently, I added devices to APM and Enrolled to Intune, I need to sync all users from Azure AD to APM by using SCIM and Enable federation authentication from My domain "xyz.com" to make all users use their Azure credential as an Apple ID and make their Apple ID managed. but in the same time by default I have a domain which create managed Apple IDs " appleid.xyz.com" , my question here:

I have many users added manullay to APM and used appleid.xyz.com as a managed Apple ID and in the same time these users will be synced from azure after the federation, these accounts will not be effected and still can using appleid.xyz.com as a managed Apple ID ?
