How to return disk sleep to default settings?


I set my disk sleep behavior using teminal by using this command to prevent disks from spinning down:


sudo pmset disksleep 0


How do I set my desk sleep behavior back to default?


MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.0

reset the power management from terminal, copy and paste:

sudo pmset restoredefaults
