Battery draining very fast in new macbook I recently purchased new Macbook Air M1, it was giving very nice battery backup more than 12 hours for initial 10 days. But now suddenly it is only giving 8-9 hours at max. it only 20 days old. Also my cycle count is 14 but my battery health is 95%.

My M3 Macbook Pro 14 drains battery quickly with just web browsing I'm having the same issue. I have started seeing the battery draining out too fast since day one. It's been just 12 days since I bought it. I thought the stock Mac OS update wasn't optimized or something and did the update to 14.4 as well. And not much improvement. The overall battery backup is about 6 to 8 hours max, with only Google Chrome usage, maybe with 15 tabs open. I was expecting around 12 to 16 hours. Totally disappointed, not sure what is the issue. Looking forward to a solution here.

Bad battery life on M5 MacBook Pro MacBook Pro M5 battery draining very fast. I bought my new MacBook Pro m5 14 inch a few days after it was released in October this year. I'm doing very light use on my Mac the only apps that are open are safari, chatgpt, pages and Spotify and I get 8 hours of battery life max. in about 20 minutes I lost around 5 percent. nothing is running in the background and I started completely fresh instead of transferring from my old Mac. Did this happen to anyone else?
