How to change the date on credit card
Since I updated to the new iOS I have had problems but what bothers me most is that I cannot update the expiration date of my credit card

Depending on the financial institution, the expiration date as well as the 3 digit code will update automatically. If your institution does not do this, then you will need to remove the card and add in the new one.
