Driver for a Konica Bizhub 364e

We've been using a Konica Bizhub 364e printer for many years with our Macs without issue, but in the last couple of years, and particularly with Sonoma, we can't seem to find a driver that gives us the ability to use all the printer functions that we need. Printing to the different paper trays is the most important (3 types of letterhead are needed) but also the double sided printing function is 'always on' no matter what we do. And some other glichey (annoying, time consuming, paper and toner wasting) problems. This is for my small business and it's driving us all crazy. Is there a driver for this printer and Sonoma that works well together, even if it's an older one? It's an expensive printer that we now own after leasing for years and I don't want to start over with a new lease. Thanks for any insight!
