How can I know if an iTunes Gift Card has money in it still?
I’ve had this card in a old wallet and don’t know if it’s been used

iTunes Gift cards can only hold the amount printed on them, or $0. There cannot be any amount left over.
Once redeemed, the entire amount is transferred to the account that redeemed it and the card itself is left empty.
The only way tot check if it still has the value printed on it, is to try to redeem it onto your account.
