Automation for Granting permission to "bash" wants to control "System Events"

I am running an apple script to run some keyboard events from bash script.I am getting a popup with the title "bash" wants access to control "System Events".Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "System Events". On granting the permissions i can see bash entry with checked box in System Preferences>Security and Privacy>Automations. I want to automate this process As I am having hundred's of host and it is very difficult to manually allow permissions from ui.
