I am unable to add credit cards manually in my Apple wallet. When I click on add icon(+) , it shows a pop up giving me link to the help doc but does not give me option to add card.
My software update is up to date. Let me know how can I add more cards manually in my wallet.

If you get the Learn More dialog box that takes you to the support document you posted from, make sure your iPhone is set to a country where Apple Pay is supported in Settings ➜ General ➜ Language & Region ➜ Region. click here ➡️ Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
