Yahoo home page changed after apple update today. How do I go back to the old yahoo home page?

Apple can fix Apple Services, Applications, Operating Systems and Accessories 

Apple can not fix Third Party Services Like www.yahoo.com

That falls clearly Out-Side the Domain of Apple and belongs solely with the Third Party Service - Yahoo.com

I have no idea what your old yahoo homepage looked like, if it where me I would use my google search and compare results...(?)

use "my.yahoo.com" to get to your home page. Then be sure in the settings it has this as your home start up page. You may need to log-in again with your PW.
