I have a brand new iPad Pro. Sound works on other games that aren’t Apple Arcade, sound works on videos, streaming videos and everything else that is not Apple Arcade. But I can’t get any games downloaded from Apple Arcade to have any sound. Any suggestions? It’s not the iPad.
correction, I just downloaded touchgrind skate 2 on the iPad, not through the Apple Arcade and the sound on that didn’t work either. But streaming movies, YouTube videos, Spotify, the sound works on all of those.
Touchgrind skate 2 was through the Apple App Store but the sound for this game works on my phone. another thing, this makes no sense because my metronome downloaded from the AppStore works on sound and perfect piano which was downloaded from the App Store sound work. But asphalt 8, touchgrind skate 2, SimCity, skate city….these do not work on sound but do work on the iPhone.
