My Apple TV has a mind of its own!!!
I was watching YouTube channel when suddenly the TV shut off and shut back on ..switched over. It seems and went to my main menu for Apple TV with all the apps, Pluto TV then came on all by itself. I never touched the remote . Has someone hacked into my email to do this ?? please help

No this can’t happen, to operate remotely. Unless someone in your home got a hold of your device and used the Apple TV remote on it to play games with you. If you’re concerned someone has your Apple ID you can Change your Apple ID password
Otherwise you can Restart Apple TV Electronic devices can exhibit strange behaviour for a variety of reasons which could be something like brief power interruption where it shuts the device off then comes back on. My tv actually did this today but I’m currently experiencing extreme weather with intense wind.
