How do I extend my AppleCare coverage?

Received email from Apple that coverage expiring (TODAY)! Information states I may be able to extend coverage AND explains how to check on my coverage but it does NOT explain how to extend it!

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately, that is the exact page I was on when I wrote the question. The page says it's covering "how to extend..." but it only explains how to check coverage, NOT how to extend it!
