So I have a problem with my iPhone I can’t use Snapchat everytime i log in it locks my account I can’t make new account either it not because of Snapchat because I can log in the same account with other phones and nothing happens so I’m pretty sure something’s wrong with my phone so I was just wondering if anyone knows what I can do to solve that problem

You will need to contact Snapchat and ask them, this is not an Apple product. They have blocked your phone, not your account

Right, as I already explained, they banned your phone because you went against the rules while using that phone.
And why did they block my phone ??
How would anyone here or at Apple know? Ask Snapchat why they banned you.
They didn’t banned me
if I log in to a different phone it’s gonna log in but it’s not letting login in this same phone
