iPhone 15's hotspot not working with Playstation Portal

The Hotspot is a Carrier Specific feature and not device dependent. Swap the SIMs you will understand.

Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.

See the Pic below the Hotspot is made available based on the Mobile Data selected and the feature that is enabled by the Carrier

Buddy, I have the same issue with you. PS portal can’t connect to 15, and I try it connect to my iPhone 7p it works . Only problem I think is 15 uses eSIM no card at all. PS portal can connect to any WiFi and other phone’s hotspot( I haven’t try iphone14 yet is eSIM too). But anyway I asked PlayStation support first and called them they kicked me back to apple , and asked apple tech he told me to ask my carrier

I have the same problem it started when I got my iPhone 15 pro max
