Sharing a playlist of BOUGHT Apple music songs from iphone to ipad not possible ?

I don’t have a subscription to Apple Music.

I have various playlists of bought songs from itunes on my iphone that don’t appear on my ipad pro (shouldn’t they be synced automatically?)

I try to do this manually but the share playlist button is missing.

When I try the fix to create profile in Apple music, that is missing also as I don’t have a subscription in Apple music …

What can I do other than manually replicate the playlists on both devices ?

Both devices are running ios 17.2.1.

As I said in my mind when you make one on your iphone it should automatically appear on the ipad too.

Why does this have to be so difficult?
