How to recover deleted videos after 30 days

Hello team, I encountered storage issues on my phone, prompting me to subscribe to an iCloud account for data backup. After assuming that all data was backed up, I deleted it permanently from my phone. However, today, upon logging into my iCloud account, I discovered that only photos were backed up, not videos. It has been over 40 days. Any suggestions on how to recover the videos would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
