I am Out of country i reset my mobile and then i login my account two factor authentication code not recieved on my number my sim card is already international roming on

apple verification code not recieved on my number i select call option also but not recieved from apple.

Now tell me what i do i have very important data and contacts in my apple id (

please give me a solution for this problem or solve my problem
