Connecting to calendly or TidyCal with icloud

I am having trouble connecting to TidyCal and Calendly.

I have followed calendly's guide and generated an app specific password because I have two factor authentification.

I didn't get that far with TidyCal.

It says make sure you are using the correct username and password. I have tried all different combinations and nothing is working.
