My iPod Touch 2nd gen is stuck in DFU mode

So i recently recieved an ipod touch from ebay and it seems it was jailbroken and was bootlooping, So i hard reset it and plugged into my computer and recovered it, Then it said the ipod touch was out of DFU mode so i ejected it and try to charge it, When i tried to charge it it didnt charge not even the screen worked

so i plug it into my computer and put it in recovery mode AGAIN and nothing popped up but it seemed to connect but for some reason it was stuck in DFU mode and the serial number seemed to also dissapear
