Is there a version of Quicktime with ALL of Quicktimes 7's features (midi playback required with an instrument listing) available in 64 bit for Ventura?
Cannot find Quicktime 7 for Ventura.

Sorry, no, there's no such thing.
QuickTime 7 was only ever 32 bit, and was discontinued September 24, 2018.
Why the version 7 Pro features have never been in the later 64 bit releases is unknown. The new version does have some features version 7 never had, but those are few compared to how many more 7 had than now.
