While entering email messages on my iPhone, it has recently started going blank in the middle of my entry. I start again and the same thing happens. I finally found it has been saving them to draft. This happens 90% of the time, in the middle of typing, or when I enter the Subject then click on the body of message. Random and frequent. Thanks!

It appears that the Mail app is crashing when you begin to compose an email. I am assuming that this is the default Apple Mail app. Two things you can try:
(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If the above does not work then - Open the Mail app and remove your email account and then shut down the app. Start the Mail app again and then add the email account again. See whether that resolves the issue.
